"It was very difficult for me to be accepted as a member of the many groups there.I think it could be because the management of my area did not have a clear picture of what we needed to accomplish."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To be more open minded with new people and to assure that each is trained to do their jobs to get the desired outcomes.Also there was a tendency for groups to work together to put others in a position to lose their jobs. In my case it was a layoff but also I had a medical issue that greatly impacted my ability to do my job and this was a contributing factor to my layoff, so I think it would have been better if I admitted my health issue to gain support of my superiors but I did not do this out of fear of being fired."

"Be casual, be cool, be yourself. If you don't fit, they won't hire you. If you're fake, they'll know it, and won't hire you."

"Pay is horrible which leads to high turnover rate. Not the greatest when you're a recruiter."

"Raise the pay and lower the costs spent on shipping and visuals. Discounts are needed when unemployment exceeds 8% nationwide and 15% amongst teens."
