"It's an interesting multi-cultural atmosphere. With enough initiative you can move up the chain. There's been a lot of turnover lately, but the management is resilient (the Power Grids part of the company was bought by Hitachi, which may have scared off some people). The bathrooms are nice. I wish there was a gym in the building."

"The execs brought in their 'friends' consistantly (one of them was my direct mgr.), with little to no experience in managing staff or projects."

"Mgmt. is euopean-based, they should be identifying probs. at the exec level-trimming some fat in the US subsidiaries."
