"Management runs in cliques like highschool kids. You have to be one of their favorites, or an attractive woman to get them to do anything for you. They will preach to you how good of a company they are and all that they will do for you. Don't believe it."
"The company is terrible with acknowledging when a long term employee needs to be terminated. A lot of wasted time and money on employees that have been there for an extensive amount of time and have become complacent and do not produce but sit in their offices and do NOTHING! Also, I feel that they are age discriminatory, if you're younger that is."
