"The company is terrible with acknowledging when a long term employee needs to be terminated. A lot of wasted time and money on employees that have been there for an extensive amount of time and have become complacent and do not produce but sit in their offices and do NOTHING! Also, I feel that they are age discriminatory, if you're younger that is."
