"Just be honest with the manager and they will be pretty straight forward with you. Be careful what you say and commit to because it is a very demanding position."

What don't you like about working at AAIPharma Services?

"I didn't like interpersonal conflicts... what I did like was the open door policy with my boss. This gave all of us time to come together and solve our problems. When you have so many voices in the song sometimes everyone can get off key."

"To always keep an open mind and never forget that a lot of ideas come from people under you."

What don't you like about working at AAIPharma Services?

"They don't care about having enough equipment for everyone to use. Very cheap company.Had leaky roof for a long time. Just covered up intstruments (running or not) with trashbags when it rained to protect them. Went on for months without doing anything about it. Finally started working on roof...smoke and horrible smells filled the top floor so that I had to wear a respirator to do my work. Was told that we would have to use vacation days if we wanted to leave during the roof work to avoid breathing in fumes."

"Be nicer to employees. Need more benefits. Think of employees' welfare."

"Management is too removed from their operations personnel and are rooted in the way they have done business for many years. There is little opportunity for new thinking or initiative."
