Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"it is the darling child of advertising right now, but it has grown too big for its britches. the work is now bad, creative energy is gone, and people are generally disgruntled. if you do go here, be prepared to play the game or promptly get laid off. they lay people off a lot. they're losing clients. job security is minimal."
What don't you like about working at 72andSunny?
"I never got to go home. I was severely overworked. I was under appreciated. I wasn't trained properly. they had unrealistic expectations."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"there are too many chiefs and not enough indians. the poor treatment of the employees and client mismanagement will catch up with you eventually."
