"Not much. They don't understand good project management, and they grossly under bid the project."

"Stay away. They talk big, but there is no follow through. They will probably go out of business soon."

"The customer, otherwise 4Sight as a company did nothing for them. I tried. Management would lie to the customer, which is unforgivable."

"Do not bother. Hernan and Ian will make promises that they never plan to keep and they will discard you when least expect without warning or any type of severance. Avoid at all costs."

"Business development plans never became reality. Lied about position and future of the business. Low pay. No opportunities for advancement."

"Complete management overhaul. Hernan and Ian have no clue as to how to run a company."
