"The money, they paid a decent wage, the pay was solid and yet there not a chance for higher pay raises."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"None, the idea to change a company's way of handling their procedures, is only a way to cause conflict, usually best to follow the boss's choices, unless it becomes contradictory to personal work ethics."

"The fact that the advancement exams had nothing to do with what I did as a cryogenic technician and made it hard to advance in rank."
