"Run!!! Run fast, run far!!!! Don't do it. With regard to sr mgmt - no on dares to tell the emperor she/he has no clothes! Objections result in unemployment"

What don't you like about working at Xerox?

"The word empowerment must have been assigned a new meaning in the Webster dictionary. Xerox keeps talking about empowerment, but I have to have 5 levels of approval to book an airline ticket - I'm not even empowered to determine what clients I need to see and when - it takes a month to plan on seeing a client."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop ignoring our current business - clients who have done business with Xerox for years are fed up with the support and service"

"Nothing! I like some of my coworkers. A lot of the great ones have already left."

"Avoid at all costs, the place is going down.... Unless you are in India then maybe you can flourish with this company."

What don't you like about working at Xerox?

"The place feels like a sinking ship. There have been no raises for years. The HCL outsourcing was such a terrible idea. The timing with cancelling future product projects killed any morale that may have been left. Everyone who can is quitting and going to new jobs."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Go back 2 years in time and do things differently next time. Give Raises. Treat us with respect. Don't farm jobs out to India. You can't expect us to stick around when we see how you treat our coworkers.... no loyalty, shame on you Ursula and cohorts"

"I honestly cannot recommend working for Xerox. I have done everything ever asked of me, and have been ignored by the company. I have had 7 managers in under 5 years. Little stability, poor vision at the top."

"Pay is poor. Increases are infrequent. Company is happy to pile on responsibility, but will not compensate for a job well done."

"Take care of your people. It's a tough economy, but if you burn out your people, there will be an exodus and the real trouble will begin."
