"Compensation is on the mid to low for any field outside of sales. Very good company to gain experience from, but Canadian operations are downsizing so there is no future or growth. If you are looking for a sales role, the jobs are very lucrative however high stress and long hours."

"Back in the ealy 90's it was a great opportunity to work in Corporat Canada and work in great team envrironments. Great recognition programs every month"

"IN the corporate world you can sometimes feel that you are just a number wehn it comes to any reorganisation."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To return to the early 90's team commraderie, create the Ra Ra Ra around the bullpen to motivate sales people. Back to basics."
