"There are a tremendous number of jobs within the company that make it easy to find something you're interested in."

"In some jobs, you're paid on an 80/20 plan. Don't plan on getting the 20%."

"While you're free to figure out the best way to get your job done most of the time, the majority of the tools you have to use to get it done are old and outdated. It makes it a job where you have to primarily fight against the old way of doing things in order to get your job done."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I'd compensate employees much better. I'd also invest money differently."

"Negotiate your salary better than I did. Make sure you ask the right questions."

"I feel there is no room to grow. I want to do more, there is just no opportunities at this time. I also do not like my rate of pay."

"Communicate with your employees more. Make sure you know who your employees are and whether or not they are happy. Make sure you care whether or not they are happy."

"Don't do it - After 15 years with the company, having built a business - contributed literally millions toward the Company's bottom line, I receive a good luck in your future endeavors letters. If you ever hear the word transformation, run away."

"Management. Inequality. Forced vacations (holiday shutdown). No vision. Process hell. Lack of compassion / commitment to employees."
