"I have worked at GM for over 2 years now. The work environment is fantastic . There is a lot of opportunity to learn and grow as a developer. Additionally, there are really smart and friendly people to work with. But on the individual basis there is a lot of stiff competition to get a promotion."

"I dislike the fact that the executive program only allows them to stay in one location/assignment no more than five years."

"None! Management is very well-trained and extremely professional!"

"What I loved about working at GM as a designer was the interfacing with different people and fun atmosphere. I was always working on new projects and always busy."

"The only thing I didn't like about working at GM as a designer was the cold weather--very gloomy and not inviting. The work place was fun and enjoyable, but outside of work, dealing with the cold temperatures of Michigan's long winters can be quite challenging."

"The expression, too many chefs in the kitchen, can best describe it."
