"Stay Positive. Express that you can handle stress. Stress that you learn quickly. Be able to deal with demanding deadlines. Be able to deal with difficult people. Don't guess, know!"

"I disliked the training AFTER installation. One Oh, crap! would erase a hundred Good Job!s. Every time the management personnel were shuffled between desks, a great deal of wisdom was lost."

"Supervisors of skilled trades personnel should have actually owned tools at some time in their lives. Accept feedback on the effectiveness of new processes. Soviet-style central planning is not a good business model."
