"Poor ability to communicate.... seems like a battle of egos more than rational management."
"I'd like to skip this section but apparently I can not."

"Department Management is good. Nothing to really suggest for them."
"Zynga is a pioneering company in social gaming which has its studios located worldwide. It is looking to expand into mobile and tablet markets with increased investments in creative talent pool. I've worked in its SRE division for more than a year now and found the people to be smart and capable of handling tasks on hand with ease and minimal supervision."
"A really creative, very large company in the midst of trying to keep up with market changes. I worked in Quality Engineering, and this was an eye opener, since the quality of code was not what I had been accustomed to seeing in the medical field. Definitely a good company, and a nice place to work, and all good people."
"A company that is in need of operational maturity and a smaller portfolio to repeat their success on the web in the mobile space."
"Highly talented group of employees, lots of room for growth, fun and collaborative environment."
"Zynga is a great company, I would recommend it as a first job and a very secure job which are really hard to find."
"I worked Quality Assurance for one year for Zynga and it was a great place to work. They clearly care very much about their employees. Some of the benefits include catered lunches and dinners, theme parties every Friday, and excellent benefits. My only complaint about my time spent at Zynga is that my pay was too low for the amount and quality of work I provided."
"Great team and workplace cut short by a short-sighted CEO."
What do you like about working at Zynga?
"The Boston office was a tight-knit group of extremely qualified individuals. Some of the best people I've ever worked with."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Zynga is in a significant downturn, so be wary of that. You will be constantly frustrated with the higher-ups in San Francisco. However, individual studio cultures may vary, which could positively affect your decision."
What don't you like about working at Zynga?
"There was absolutely no confidence in the executive leadership for Zynga as a whole."
"Growth is not according to work we have done. Lot of politics. Growth is only for people who work less and talk more."
