"Not a good place to work. Outdated brands lost relevance in personal care. No brand is growing. Poor brand leaders. New CEO does not have a vision. CEO begs for primary with managers. Ragging is the new culture since new CEO joined. No new thoughts or plans. If you are not getting job anywhere then this is a place. All senior leaders are outdated in their professional world. They have no place to go. No good company will take them. New CEO is very bad. New CEO is crowding the place with his own sluggish people and plays full of politics rather than business. Pay structure is 40% lower than industry standards. Travel policies are worst. Once you are in, hard to find a job elsewhere. All who are old are giving endless interviews but no takers in the industry from this company."
