"This company was very good to me but when you ask a superintendent to do his job and there are a couple of insubordinate people working under me that refuse to do anything I ask and then there are no consequences for these people from upper management... they get talked to, that's it and they still show no respect I'm easy to get along with but when it comes to safety production, Integrity of the job I like to produce the best that I can for a client, for our employees and as well as the community safety is number one Productions definitely number two and I like to say that there built all the same you can't do one without the other."
