"The company lacked focus on its core competence and instead tried to integrate too many divisions under this aftermarket entity."

"I suggest that the company carefully plan for further integration prior to implementing it."

"I worked for Zodiac for 18 months, managed 2 shifts of airline seat manufacturing. Set daily schedules and reported to management on inventory and completions. Certified AS9100, ISO9001 and ISO 13485 auditor. Decrease defects per unit by 70% and transportation cost by converting from air shipments to ocean. Maintained a team atmosphere and worked closely with engineering to initiate design changes and planning improvements."
