"This is a company in turmoil. There are layers upon layers upon layers of Vice Presidents with no accountability for results. The division is led by a psychopath who rules by insult and intimidation. Creativity is discouraged. Kissing “up” is the only path to survival. The good people are being driven out by the sycophants. I expect this house of cards to crumble spectacularly."
"Supervisor was a jerk to say the least. Played favorites and it SHOWED! Frequently ran out of material to do the job we were supposed to do. For example, we ran out of glue all the time and it was something lots of things could not be done without glue! Lots of parts would not be readily available so you were supposed to find something else to do."
"Extremely poor work environment. Management is home grown and lacks any vision, and doesn't know how to handle expansion. If Boeing and Airbus wasn't on site, they would walk around with no idea what to do. It's basically a sweat shop. Leadership from the top down have no clue what they are doing, they hide behind close doors and are usually on the internet."
"I have worked for ZSUS seats since 2007. If you are a starter or a person willing to learn and do more and get that solid work experience, this is the place to work for. You will be constantly challenged and kept busy."
"Very good company to work for."
"This company has the worst operation and management team I have ever seen. Come if you need a good title to jump start but don't expect to learn anything about lean. It's nothing about lean there. Most people in office don't even have any college degree. So talk to them to push lean is not possible. Executive management there barely has any master degree. So what do you expect."
"I've worked at Zodiac Seats US for less than one year. Management is horrible. The turnover rate is at an all time high. It seems most people do not care about you nor do they implement training in a efficient way. Every process is broken."
"PROS:I've been with this company for a little over 3 years and have switched roles/received promotions about 4 times. There is definitely room for growth and a great place to learn about the industry in a short amount of time. CONS:Most people are treated like a number, you would really have to work hard to be able to get the recognition. Hours are long and things are always changing. They don't put a lot of effort on employee retention"
"I been here for 7 months and is a good company to work, need to improve the process to become better."
