But if you are willing and able, your dedication can pay off. The atmosphere in the Sales department is one of independence. If you want to be micromanaged this is not the place for you. "Ziften has had a few good ideas over the years, but they have never executed any of them well. Almost all departments are poorly managed and all employees are overloaded and under compensated. Their product is very poor quality and has many problems in the background which they hide from customers. Most of their employees have no previous industry experience. I consider them unstable due to poor executive leadership (CEO), talent flight, and an extremely low revenue to VC investment ratio."
