1.4The companies focus is on revenue so the last payout they can get the most $$. Asking associates to come back to the office when COVID numbers are quite high is an example.
Many teams have unskilled leadership. IT one of the worst.. users are complaining ,,poor quality and performers . A recent male boys club rehire is an example of bad decisions . He is a movie watcher not a worker and does not care about the team. He is protected by a legacy PHX person. Many line managers were given way to much $$ promotional increases as compared to the ladies. Where is HR?
5 year plan coming up soon so best to avoid for now until new leadership takes over.
1.4Tough place to work.. culture is toxic.. many are focused on the final sale and payouts rather than trying to get the job done right.
They are desperate to hire people . If you are breathing you can get hired. They throw marketing videos to find new hires , but so many teams need realignments. A new C level may do that. Commission based jobs are deceit hard to know exactly what commissions you earned. IT is a mess. Offshore is not working well. Turnover has started..too many managers and boys club line managers who have no management skills.one recent rehire likes to watch movies and he gets paid!
Best to let the dust settle , the 5 yr plan is approaching and hopefully final sale than see how things shake out.

A recent D level in IT a member of the boys club was rehired . He watched movies at work , has no knowledge of the application and basically gets paid to do nothing. His associates know that he doesn’t care about them or working, this group is one of the worst in the company . They need to reorg, break up,the boys club,reviews the men’s promotions as many were given more $$ than normal to fix . Today the system has so many prod issues, poor quality and poor user support. Something has to give.. oh and the 4th IT leader in 3 years.
