"Zango was bought out by Blinx in April of 2009. Under their new management, I have no knowledge of their interviewing process."
What don't you like about working at Zango?
"Always the worry of job security. I worked there for 4 years, and they had 4 massive layoffs."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Either be involved all the time, or not at all. We occasionally had problems when managers felt like they had to chime in way late in the process. It usually halted productivity rather than forward it."
