"I may have a good relationship with my boss but he is extremely unorganized. He never follows up on work that has been completed. He never takes responsibility for anything that goes wrong in the company. If something good happens he takes all the praise and glory and shuts out his workers, never giving them thanks for their work. He is extremely unorganized with paper work, emails, catalogs, client meetings, office meetings."
