"Don't interview for IT unless you are comfortable with low pay and no job satisfaction."

What don't you like about working at Zacks Investment Research?

"On a rating of 1 to 10, the IT staff is a 2. The majority of the IT is low cost and India outsourced novices and the US team are also novices as well. The website goes down quite frequently and nothing is being done to fix the problem."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire higher quality IT staff and stop trying to get low quality because of low costs. Losing more money by having low quality staff which is affecting the revenue and company growth."

"Good starter company. Leave ASAP when you have experience. The company sets up to fail and only cares about themselves. Great people. but poor management. Although you can wear what you want and the absence policy is lenient. Just don't expect anything long term unless you kiss a lot of ass and other things."
