"I worked for Zachry for over two years in Talent Acquisition. During my time with Zachry, I gained experience in many different aspects of talent acquisition such as sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee relations. Zachry believes in empowering people and it is a great place for innovation. It is very fast-paced but everyone is willing to assist and provide feedback. The only part of my job I did not enjoy was the work/life balance. You are required to work 50 hours a week minimum and it can be difficult to request time off."
