Z Constructors Employee

"Z Constructors owners are friendly and approachable. Work environment is good, but the projects are set up to fail from the front end. They are not bought out correctly and the office expects the field to work 7 days a week for most of the project to at least come close to meeting the schedule. No work/family relationship all work if in the field"
