"The Management has changed and so has the culture. The office went from positive and supportive to being micromanaged, uncaring and bullying. The staff care about families and want to do their best, however the management makes the task of completing your work impossible. The management is supported by upper management and will often come to the office to bully employees. There is no focus on self care, in the past, management would reach out, make sure that our life balance included self care and taking care of our personal families as well as the families we had on our team. This current management does not care about anything besides talking to staff about other staff, talking at you and putting you down when something goes wrong. We encourage families to grow and problem solve. However the management does not do that. They talk at you, treat you like you are 5. We get emails questioning about everything. They micromanage the in call schedule, they accuse you of being to blame when a youth tries to hurt self, stating it's because of your safety plan (when management reviews and approves the plans), the management is a version of mean girls who don't talk to us peons, rather close the door and gossip about everyone. You work long hours and no one cares. The good work no longer exists because people are burned out."
