What do you like about working at Yokogawa?

"I enjoy working with cutting-edge technology and providing solid solutions to customers."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be willing to learn new technologies (quickly!); be able to communicate effectively with customers."

What don't you like about working at Yokogawa?

"Our group is under extreme pressure to stay in the black; our costs are pretty high so crossing the threshold is tough most months. This leads to a lot of pressure to stay billable and keep overhead expenses to a minimum. I kind of like the challenge, but I'd also like to buy some new tools to make my job easier."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Encourage greater cross-communication between groups, move toward a service-based business model like our competitors, versus a purely product-based one."
