What don't you like about working at Yokogawa?
"Our group is under extreme pressure to stay in the black; our costs are pretty high so crossing the threshold is tough most months. This leads to a lot of pressure to stay billable and keep overhead expenses to a minimum. I kind of like the challenge, but I'd also like to buy some new tools to make my job easier."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Encourage greater cross-communication between groups, move toward a service-based business model like our competitors, versus a purely product-based one."
