"To make sure that you fully understand that once you have worked for them for a year and want to continue working for them, you would have to work part time"

"That you can work full time for the company for a year and then if you want to continue working, you have to work part time"

"To figure out ways to give certain employees a possibility to work full time after working for them for a certain amount of time"

"My tip would be to not worry so much and be open with everyone as the atmosphere at this office is very family-like and I would hate to leave it but as I stated earlier, I need to grow."
