"The YMCA does incredible work for the Richmond area, and its surrounding communities. They are wonderful at coaching and training all those staff they deem worthy. If you aren't one of the favorites, though... you will struggle. There is a strong focus on Diversity and Inclusion, which is admirable in any organization. As is common in this new conversation, there is a long way yet to go, but I would still say the YMCA of Greater Richmond does more than most!"

"I've worked for the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis for the past 4 and a half years off and on throughout college. The job isn't exactly the most difficult or the job that I want to be doing, but I would recommend it someone trying to make some money during the summer or when they are trying to find a job after college. I wish I could say that the company retains it's employee's, but this is just not the case the turnover rate is higher than most. I've seen people come and go within the week and even just the day."
