"The people at YP are great! They were still trying to figure things out after the split with AT&T, so that was a little bit tough. Because of that, the turnover was really high. Plus, the CEO, although pretty good otherwise, did not offer the staff the ability to telework, despite the change in times and workplace norms."

"This company has great potential although the biggest flaws it faces are the resistance to change and lack of respect to employees. As a top rated rep I received little to no recognition for my achievements. They also sent someone who lost the company over 240,000 on their CEO trip whereas I had made the company money and wasn't eligible to go."

"Be smart, don't start. If you like micro management, pay and benefits cuts and outsourcing, this may be the place for you. The yellow pages are not used and are dead but they still want you to sell it. If you're unethical enough to sell ads that you know won't do anything but cost your clients money, this may be a good fit for you."

"I've worked for YP.com for a couple of years. It is a very relaxed job but I don't feel there is much room for advancement. It is difficult to complete tasks due to vendor and management issues. Employees are relaxed and pleasant enough."
