"Supervisor was clear to me that I had grown beyond what the company had to offer which was hard to hear but in the end was excepted with the utmost respect as I was told they didn't want to loose me but I really needed to be a controller and there was not a position to be offered so I was free to look. "Keep pushing yourselves to be better but think you did a great job while I was there especially given the youth of the company."
