"I started working for YayPlanner 8 months ago and it such a great place and environment to work. Being able to work in a start up environment with like minded people helps a great deal in terms of getting things done. Since it is a small team I had to take lead on various projects which helped me better understand web development. And I was also able to strengthen my ability to write back/front end code."
