"If you are interviewing for a job that is traditionally a male role and you are a female, you will be given an interview, but you will not be considered for the position. This is also applies for individuals who are older in age."

What don't you like about working at Xpress Money Services?

"Often and seemingly out of nowhere employees are yelled at and embarrassed in front of coworkers by the Director.At Xpress Money Services North America heavy drinking and partying is encouraged. Often sexist and racial jokes are exchanged. It is frowned upon for not joining in. Speaking out against this behavior will result in harassment."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management for Xpress Money needs to realize that having a company in North America means they must embrace other cultures with respect.Xpress Money Services is headquartered in the UAE and they do not monitor the behavior of their North American company. Those who work for the company fear being laid off in these hard economic times and they will not speak out. It would be helpful to have some form of human resources looking after employees."
