"Interviewing is laid back and easy since there are no hard questions asked. Seems the company is too eager to hire and does not do due diligence, because a number of people have been hired and then fired in like only one month or so on the job. What gives"
What don't you like about working at XBiotech?
"The lead antibody has a laughably horrible half life of only 3 days, yet everyone pretends (ignores) this fact like it's still a swan rather than the ugly duckling. The company is fractured and poorly managed. The work is interesting but hardly enjoyable."
