"I've worked for Xactware for the last 3 years, a company that works hard to provide useful solutions for the insurance industry. While the company is innovative the industry they serve is not. It's quite difficult to get the insurance industry to buy in on new ways of doing things, being able to reassure their clients that what they're doing will work is a struggle but worth it in the long run. It helps us make collaborative decisions with our clients."

"It is starting to grow too large so that some simple tasks take far too long to complete."

"They need to foster innovation more. Give us time to work on special projects to help build the company."

"There is a disparity in compensation. Because it is not a transparent scale, many people are overpaid while others are highly underpaid."

"I would be more involved with the innovative processes. The politics often get in the way of crediting and discovering talent."

"To do something creative or innovative, you generally have to do it without anyone knowing and then present it as done/almost done, otherwise they won't generally give permission for it."
