"The marketing and concierge position at Wyndham is not for everyone. Their sales process is a bit outrageous and offensive to the customers. The role of the Marketing/Concierge agent is to force the guest to attend a sales meeting during their visit. The compensation plan is based on how many customers schedule the meeting and you'll need to follow up multiple times to make sure they go. This makes the check in process for the customer last up to 35 minutes and then they need to find 60-90 minutes to take a sales meeting during their visit. I would never be a guest of Wyndham due to this process."
