"I believe working as a graduate research assistant is very similar to working as an engineer in the industry. I have to spend too much time on my research to complete my thesis and coursework. There are some times that I need to work extra because of extra tasks that assign from my professor."

"The compensation for a part time worker was low, but that is to be expected for a state worker."

"Having incentives for workers will create more loyalty. There seems to be a high turnover rate for part time employees."
