"Pay for faculty and staff is low compared to market value. Morgantown, unlike some parts of West Virginia, is a more expensive city to live in. The bureaucrats need to open their eyes and lose the ego about the institution."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Take the concerns of faculty and staff seriously. Allow market data to influence employee salaries. Upper level administrators should not receive grossly disproportionate salary increases."
