"since my last review I am almost at the end of the Holden I project in San Jose, I am extremely proud to see all our accomplishments as a team, how much time and work to get all trades to synchronize and follow schedule to accomplish such big project. We have had our ups and down but with great leadership and communication we have successfully overcome the various challenges presented through out the project. I would like to work on better scheduling for all subs involved, more detail and better planning of material orders. I believe we can accomplish this with initial in person meetings and planning ahead of what is involved and needed in the project, a better look ahead of the project."
