"The quality of jobs was good and challenging. There were also a variety of different projects to keep you learning new aspects of your job. I really like my fellow coworkers in my particular department."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't take the job."

What don't you like about working at WSP Flack + Kurtz?

"Plan and simple it was the slave hours they expected you to put in to get job down. There was never enough time allotted to properly finish job. Also not enough team work in the plumbing department because we were always short workers. Nobody in the plumbing department was chosen to move up into project management. There was definitely bias for the mechanical and electrical employees as far as advancement. There was never any clear direction for our department and jobs were constantly be switch from one person to the next which did not help complete jobs properly. This seemed to only happen in plumbing department."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Start to manage your people. Let there be a some sort of organization so employees could get a better grasp of there projects and responsibilities. Be available for for individual meetings in order to get proper insight to jobs."
