2.5 Excellent sales training and career growth opportunities for the right person. You have to like being a "hunter" and essentially dedicate your life to this company. The idea of a healthy work-life balance is not a shared value throughout the company. If you can handle cold calling 50 doors a day and making 30 phone calls to set up meetings with people who don't really care about what you're selling, then give it a shot! The compensation plan is ridiculous as well. They say you haven't "earned the right to a residual commission since you're an entry-level employee" and that they aren't willing to give you money you've rightfully earned since they have such a high turnover.

2.2 I worked for this company for almost 6 years and while I began with great hopes of moving up in the company, I never got to be more than an average employee with a very low salary for my level of education (Bachelor) and for the job I was doing. I had the skills and knowledge I need to be a Manager or a Supervisor in this company but every time an opportunity for improvement presented, the Vice-President of Operations and/or the CEO blocked my promotion and gave it to some friend or family.

4.8 I've been with Worldwide Express over a year now and I can say without a doubt that this company TRULY cares about its people. From Day 1, you feel welcomed and at home. If your original position wasn't the best fit, the WWEX leadership will make sure you're in the RIGHT position and place so that you can thrive and enjoy your career on a daily basis. Everyone's attitude at work is SO different from other companies because everyone truly enjoys being there. It's honestly a great place to be as far as growth, culture, and happiness.
