"It's a huge organization with a sincere dedication to helping improve world poverty. It rewards its staff very generously and is run quite efficiently."

"Beware! You are dispensable."

"It overworks people even though it talks about finding the right work/life balance. In reality, it's all Bank, all the time. It's a very impersonal place with a lot of turnover in directors, which creates a feeling of unease. It spends its money on providing huge salaries and lavish perks instead of really doing something about reducing world poverty."

"Learn compassion."

"Be yourself, what's most important is how you're chemistry matches with the team you're applying towards (or joining)."

"Honestly the one thing I didn't like was the job itself, as in the work that I did. But everyone and everything else was great. The building itself could have been cooler, but I don't expect ultra modern for a government building."
