"The management succeeded in demoralizing the majority of its employees by taking away benefit after benefit. Company reneged on its bonus program after year end and after employees had already achieved their annual goals."

What do you like about working at WorkflowOne?

"I Understand the company is working through a cultural change which is not easy however they are doing so at the expense of seasoned professionals who will burn out and choose to leave even though they may like the company. This is the state I currently find myself in."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Make sure to ask for everything you want up front and know whatever is agreed on that will be it. Your strongest negotiating point is before agreeing (signing) for a position so make sure you are OK with what you are agreeing to. If you are then you will be just fine"

What don't you like about working at WorkflowOne?

"There is no 401k matching and everyone is still recovering from the 10% pay cut taken in 2009 to help the company avoid bankruptcy (which it did not) as we emerged from C11 March 2011."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Address the over worked customer service teams through out the company as they are the ones currently carrying the brunt of the load. Re-org the customer service management level as these are crucial positions within the company"
