"deceitful way they cancelled bonus on us"

"Remember how you got where you ar- the EMPLOYEES- that is what made Relizon a great company"

"The monetary compensation"

"Put in an honest day's work for your compensation, but don't expect to be appreciated or rewarded beyond your paycheck."

What don't you like about working at WorkflowOne?

"The management succeeded in demoralizing the majority of its employees by taking away benefit after benefit. Company reneged on its bonus program after year end and after employees had already achieved their annual goals."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get back the focus on appreciating clients and employees."

What do you like about working at WorkflowOne?

"I Understand the company is working through a cultural change which is not easy however they are doing so at the expense of seasoned professionals who will burn out and choose to leave even though they may like the company. This is the state I currently find myself in."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Make sure to ask for everything you want up front and know whatever is agreed on that will be it. Your strongest negotiating point is before agreeing (signing) for a position so make sure you are OK with what you are agreeing to. If you are then you will be just fine"

What don't you like about working at WorkflowOne?

"There is no 401k matching and everyone is still recovering from the 10% pay cut taken in 2009 to help the company avoid bankruptcy (which it did not) as we emerged from C11 March 2011."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Address the over worked customer service teams through out the company as they are the ones currently carrying the brunt of the load. Re-org the customer service management level as these are crucial positions within the company"

"The people are the best part of the company. The people here are very knowledgeable and approachable."

"Come in with a positive attitude and the willingness to work hard and take responsibility."

What don't you like about working at WorkflowOne?

"The company has gone through some financial struggles lately and it has been very diffifult with all of the slaary and benefit reductions."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Lead more by example. The management teams spend too much time dictating then leading."

"there are a lot of good people working at this company."

"Make sure to negotiate everything you want up front as once you are hired there are no raises"

"Employees are not acknowledge for efforts put forth (aside from sales who do get recognized)"

"They are not listening so any advice would go untride"

"Customer service has gotten the work load thrown at them in full force. The long time employees did not get paid enough. What happen to being dedicated and loyal We were during the company's hard time with nothing ever in return."
