"You will do well if the management likes you on a personal level. You will be judged on your vocabulary level regardless of you job duties."

"Toxic corporate culture propagated by upper management. They often displayed a frightening level of ignorance as to proper software development procedure. The most successful people at the company spent more time kissing up to the boss than actually working."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be aware that crude humor and unflattering caricatures in public spaces do not make you endearing. Also if you are not seen taking your job seriously how do you expect your underlings to take their job seriously"
