"This foundation is something that I built from the ground up. I've been given amazing opportunities to to outreach and fill a niche that was and still is desperately needed. My board is supportive and realistic and we've managed to make a real difference in the world in only 2 short years."

"Be passionate. Be informed. Understand that the work you will do here is a labor of love. And know that you'll be making the world a better place."
What don't you like about working at Women Thinking?
"We're a small nonprofit. I wish we had more money for better resources, to be able to have bigger goals, and to do more."

"The management here is fantastic. They work very hard and sacrifice a lot of their free time to get work done."
