"Short term employment due to a merger with a previous company. This company is trying to make a place in the NW, but the systems and procedures set up do not work in the NW environment. The proprietary LOS is not compatible with the industry's current AUS. Until a change from the current LOS is made it will be difficult to keep up with the changes within the industry. Inadequate preparation for the merger which caused a mass exit of production staff, thereby causing the closure of the OPS/Fullfillment Center. Job functions at Corp did not coincide with job functions in the NW, therefore making it difficult to acquire or maintain staffing."
