"Be prepared for a long drawn out process. It will take at least 2 months from the time they make initial contact."

What don't you like about working at Pennsummit Tubular Engineering?

"Since the buyout management has become to involved with overall volume of sales and less concerned about qulaity and customer service....we are losing customers as a result"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Take a review of where you are today compared to where we were 1 year ago. customer base has been reduced by 30% due to the inability to delvier a quality product on time."
