"I have worked in Wipro for Six years and four months. I find Wipro as a strong company with emphasis on integrity, sensitivity and intensity to win. Wipro has more than 147,000 employees serving over 900 clients in 57 countries, being such a big company it offers great experience with ex-poser to diverse projects and technologies, it's a great company to begin the career with. However, growth and promotion wise it is sometimes difficult to get your voice heard."

"Company has lots of bureaucratic issues. Getting things approved takes more time."

"The pay rate is not that great. And you will have to wait long to get a promotion."

"Can always be more flexible with working hours. Increase the pay rate. If people are leaving, it will be only because of that."
