"Provides various opportunities for growth. Ever since I joined Wipro as a fresher I have been able to learn and implement in a much quicker way than what fresh engineers do elsewhere. The extra hours of work that you put in makes you feel confident of finishing any job. Overall its a good place to learn and develop a career."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be open to working late hours, as this may be required as part of the services the company provides. Be open to travel. Helps in having multitude of skills in a specific field than being a master of one particular skill in that field (services)."
What don't you like about working at Wipro?
"Compensation. But that's what you could expect from a services company. Some HR policies are really worse."
